Hi, i have Dell Latitude E7440 LA 9591P Rev 1.0 (A00). Battery wont charge, in bios settings AC adapter is unknown. PSU is 100% okay, have no problem in others laptops. I Checked PQ2 and PQ3, PQ2 is 0.04v, PQ3 is 5v. PQ2: 1pin: 0.04v 2pin: 5v out: 0.04v. I already replace PQ2, but it wont help...
