Dell E5570 problem

Hi, i got 3 pcs. of Dell E5570. I cant turn it on, cause they restarting in loop after Dell logo show on. I can open BIOS settings without problems but if i let laptop to normally turn on, he's going to restart again and again

You mean rtc battery? i checked it before, 3.1v. without battery i got same problem. I cant run onboard diagnostics or bios flash, i'm able to enter bios settings only

Does your laptop detect your hard disk if so try to use it on legacy mode .

And try to disable Trusted Execution on bios settings .

it detecting drive, but i cant boot in any mode, laptop is always restarting after dell logo show on display

I told you to entre on bios it self select legacy mode on boot section and disable trusted execution.

On the Main Menu screen, select Security and press Enter.

On the Security Settings screen, select TXT and press Enter.

On the TXT screen, select Enable Intel(R) TXT and press Enter. Do one of the following:
Select Enabled to enable TXT.
Select Disabled to disable TXT.
Press the F10 key to save the changes and exit the BIOS Setup Utility.

i dont have TXT option in any of 3 laptops.
I have trusted execution option in only 1 of 3 pcs of laptop

Thanks u, it help me. Now laptop turning on, working good but wifi is not working, i checked it on 2 wifi/bt cards. on both bluetooth is working, but wifi no. In bios, wifi device =none

Update bios from official dell website.

unfortunelly, it doesn't help. Bios and windows still didn;t see wifi card
