Dell Inspiron 15 7000(7567)acpi_bios error

I got a laptop where linux is booting but not windows .
When trying to boot windows it is showing acpi_bios error.
Please help me to solve this issue.

1-Power on the system.
2-Press the F2 key on the Sun logo screen to enter the BIOS Setup menu.
3-In the BIOS setup utility dialog box, select Advanced -> IDE Configuration.
The IDE Configuration menu is displayed.
4- In IDE Configuration menu select Configure SATA and press Enter.
You get a menu listing the SATA options.
4-From this SATA Options menu, select one of the following options:
#AHCI for a system using SATA (non-RAID) drives.
#RAID to create an Intel Matrix disk array.
TRYING TO USE RAID INSTEAD OF AHCI.

Press F10 to save your changes, exit the BIOS utility, and restart the system.
