CSME 11 - 15 & CSTXE 3 - 4​

Maybe someone can help, this Dell has two bios. I've never done anything like this before, it's a bit too complicated.

Just merge them 8 + 16 in one bin file than clean the file it will creat 2 files automatically 8mb and 16mb
