Its a 32gb. The laptop has a provision for hdd so will the laptop work if i remove it completley

I haven't done this before. But I think it will work and to be clear I'm not responsible for any damage that may harm your notebook you can do that on your own risk.
Before doing that you should know where the nand flash is located.
