Tried to open this .brd file with KiCad. Keep getting error: "XML parsing error: 'not well formed (invalid token)' at line 1".

Brd need allegro tool ,try to use CAD BoardView file .

I tried first with the Allegro viewer, it did'nt work. Do these actually work?
