Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK doesn't turn on

Hi,

I'm trying to repair a Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK which had a short.
I replaced PQ108 and PD109 and the short is gone. Nevertheless, the laptop still doesn't turn on.
I have no voltage on any of the coils, and the charger gives only 5.4V.
I concluded that in order to have voltage on ADIN_1 and power the board, I need to pull down the gate on PQ106. There is however no voltage on USB_ID to open PQ109A and pull down PQ106's gate.

Change pq106 and pq107 .

I would appreciate it if you could explain your reasoning a bit. According to my understanding, even if I change PQ106 and PQ107, ADIN_1 will not have a voltage if PQ106's gate is not pulled down.
