MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar A1989 No display

Hello i got a Macbook Pro A1989 That wont show anything on the screen.
over usb-c i can use it no problems and everything works except the main display

what i have done is:
Cleaned cables (with IPA)
Replaced Screen
Tested Voltages and cant detect any on LCD connector (But don't know what to measure exactly)

Hope someone can help or has an idea what to do next
