opening bin files

Having trouble opening the bin files I download from this site with Power ISO, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

No I was trying to just open the file, power iso says it can convert the file to iso , but to file is unsupported so I can't load the file to be converted

Can you explain what are doing exactly why you would like to convert a bios file to an iso file .

I downloaded the Lenovo yoga s1 schematics and it is a bin file, I don't use bin files so I need a way to open it

ZIPS3 LA-A342P the pdf that was there is a ZIPS1 the ZIPS3 are bin files
