I cannot open Board View using OpenBoardView
I have tried both master and Paul Daniels branch.
I cannot run Windows. I run Linux (Debian 10). I can build from sources (I just built both branches).

I would appreciate any suggestion how to open bv file for this board.

Sorry for the first boardview reader it's not good, you can try this one it work without any problem .
Note: need Operating windows system in order to work .
