I have Toshiba c660, all voltage is ok but no HDD and no ODD. I reprogram the bios but same problem. Please help me.

Pin 8, 9, 10 : ?
Pin 14, 15, 16 : ?

Take in your consideration that those voltages are a bus of data ,without them your laptop can't detect your hdd .

You may need to reflow the chip, but i don't recommend doing it.
