At Repairlap, we specialize in advanced diagnostics and repair solutions for Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Phones — including BIOS Unlocking, Firmware cleaning, Schematics access, and BoardView... Due to the digital nature of our VIP subscriptions and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
2. Refund EligibilityWe will consider refunds or credits only in the following situations:
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
Technical Issue: If you purchase a subscription but cannot access your account or the VIP tools due to a verifiable error on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Subscription Not Used: If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and can prove you have not downloaded any content, accessed any tool, or used any VIP feature, we may issue a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees).
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Change of Mind: If you decide the subscription does not meet your expectations, or you no longer need the service.
Incompatibility: If the tools (e.g., BIOS unlocking utilities) do not work for your specific device model or situation. Compatibility varies and is not guaranteed.
Feature Misunderstanding: VIP plans have clearly listed limitations (e.g., "No Access to Mobile & Tablet Section" and "Ebook Not included"). Refunds will not be granted for overlooking these details.
Account Misuse: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, sharing credentials, or abuse of the download system.
Partial Usage: If you have already used downloads, accessed tools, or utilized support resources during your subscription period.
No Automatic Renewal: Our VIP subscriptions are sold for fixed periods (7 days, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year) and do not automatically renew. You will need to manually purchase a new subscription after your current period ends.
Cancellation: Since there is no automatic renewal, you do not need to cancel. If you wish to discontinue access before your paid period ends, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
To request a refund, contact our support team at Byrepairlap@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe. Include:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- The VIP plan purchased and date of purchase.
- Payment method (PayPal, WebMoney, etc.).
- Clear explanation and, if applicable, screenshots of the issue.
We will review your request within 3–5 business days.
6. Payment Gateway DisputesIf you file a dispute or chargeback with PayPal, WebMoney, or your bank without first contacting us, your VIP access will be immediately suspended until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and usage to contest invalid disputes.
