You mean rtc battery? i checked it before, 3.1v. without battery i got same problem. I cant run onboard diagnostics or bios flash, i'm able to enter bios settings only

Hi, i got 3 pcs. of Dell E5570. I cant turn it on, cause they restarting in loop after Dell logo show on. I can open BIOS settings without problems but if i let laptop to normally turn on, he's going to restart again and again

which progam do you using to open those file? i cant open it in 5 diffrent applications
