ok thank you , i already see this schematics
my device works fine but have backlight issue all value look like good on j4801 and
board are prety clean
i thinks the backlight driver its self are dead but im not sure

the device boot normaly and i see image of the lockscreen
and touch work
PPVCC_MAIN_LCD_SW_CONN = 4v(only when display on)
PPVCC_MAIN_LCD_SW = 3.9v ( only when display on )
GPIO_PMU_TO_LCD_PWREN_1V2 = 1,25v ( only when display on )
PP_LUME_OUT = 0v (always)

PP_LUME_OUT diode mode value 0,580v

all value are ok , no short and no overconsumption and the board
do not become abnormally hot
I ordered one backlight ic

Still no boardview?

I have same iPad which is dead. Current draw is 0,5A@5V when battery is connected and 0,1A without battery. Didn't found a short, I can measure 3,7V and 5V around the PMIC. With thermal cam the PMIC gets slightly hot about 30°C with battery connected. Checked a lot of caps, no short. What do you think is it worth to change the PMIC or other ideas? Thanks
