1. Adjust Option ROM scanning order such that the southbridge RAID volume would not disappear when plugging an add-on SCSI card.
2. Fix display priority may be incorrect when plugging two PCIE VGA cards.
3. Fix sometimes the system may wait about 30 seconds to boot into OS when many USB
devices are connected to the system.
