The cpu fan rotates when the power is turned on.
But even if I don't have the ddr memory, it keeps spinning and there's no beeping sound
The voltage and pulse of the memory are normal.
I don't think it goes over to ddr memory while booting.
The cpu fever rises.
It doesn't turn off even if you keep pressing the power after the boot
Where should I check?

Not sure but You may need to check ITE 8686 IO.

If the power button does't response in most case is been related with the i/o(8686) but i can't troubleshooting problems like that all what i'm suggesting it to check by your self and look for the other buck converter (CHIP, CPU, GPU..and RAM also).

The power button responds, and the cpu cooler rotates. Ram voltage is also normal.
But the screen doesn't come out

This is a built-in graphics card.
The speaker is connected.
No warning sound when memory card is installed
No warning sound when memory card is released
