Hello, thanks for the file, the computer started up but no HDD works for me when I turn on it enters the BIOS directly

Bios is good try to use legacy in state of UEFI, Or check for a Hardware problem .

the ssd and hdd do not start, do not rotate and if they are good because I verify them separately

i told you to use Legacy in state of UEFI .
And if your SSD is not good than change it .
