Dell E7440 AC adapter = unknown

Hi, i have Dell Latitude E7440 LA 9591P Rev 1.0 (A00). Battery wont charge, in bios settings AC adapter is unknown. PSU is 100% okay, have no problem in others laptops. I Checked PQ2 and PQ3, PQ2 is 0.04v, PQ3 is 5v.
PQ2:
1pin: 0.04v
2pin: 5v
out: 0.04v.
I already replace PQ2, but it wont help. Do you have any idea?

when i take off PU111 voltage of PQ2 is 3.3v. When i plug new one, voltage back to 0.04v...

left-0.04v
right-3.3v
PR9 voltage is:
left and right 0.04v.

Ac adapter unknown that mean the ID is not giving the right signal.
