desk is not booting

Please help me, my desk is not booting, freezing only in the logo, even the BIOS i I can't access, I freeze only at the Boot Menu.I do hard reset but still the same issue,I already check the HDD,MEMORY,GRAPHICS CARD AND ALL THE CONNECT ARE ARE WORKING I TEST BY USING THE SAME MODEL OF DESKTOP, I use Omen by Hp Ms-7a61.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

is your keyboard working?
do you have a valid OS on your hdd?
Do you actually get to the boot menu or does it just prepetually show the logo?

The HDD and VIDEO CARD is working properly, I can't execute the BIOS, I stock in the BIOS MENU,
