Hello team someone can help me to know where I can buy, download, this file for the MB: EPV51 LA-G078P Rev 1.0, and how are the tools or steps to do that. or where I can find the IC to only solder to the board.

Thanks, the issue is that I don't have image, the laptop power on but I have black screen, never show the process of the bios.

that's why i think the problem is the bios circuit.

Doesn't mean that the problem come from the Bios it can be the chipset or something else. In my opinion you should take your laptop to a repair shop.
