Hello, i have windows license - key, and i want to put it into bios for auto - activation. License is from win 7 pro, laptop is a Dell Latitude 5480, LA-141P, Rev 1.0 (A00). Could you give me a help?

try to Use this bios, it's not the same like the one you have uploaded above but it has been edited with same serial number .

after change bios, laptop wont turn on.. i change bios to backup, and still nothing, i take out bios memory from MB and still no reaction for power button, its look like a dead
With your old bios does it work or not .

not working, without bios chip it not working too. no reaction for power button
You have to check for a hardware problem , does pin 8 of the bios has 3.3V .
