When I turn it on, the fan spins, the power button lights up, the port LAN flickers, the keyboard and mouse don't work, and the screen doesn't work.

Are you talking about the CPU? Unfortunately, it doesn't even heat up after 2-3 minutes of being turned on. It feels like it's completely dead ((
