Hello everyone, my Laptop TOSHIBA SATELLITE C650 MANAUS MAS10 6050A2355201 illuminates the LED but it DOES NOT START, I connect the charger and the LED lights up, but when I press the POWARE button it turns on the other LED and turns off, the fan (FAN) moves but the LAPTOP does not start, it stays every 6 seconds doing the same thing, the second LED lights up and the FAN moves but it does not start until I disconnect it. What will it have ???
Can you help me, please…
It has nothing connected to the board, no hard disk, no memories, without the wifi board, without the screen, I have tried without the FAN, without the keyboard….
What will it be, what could be measured or checked to detect the damaged part….
