plz, i have a laptop x250 off , i remove the battery ( without removing cmos) and turn on , work just fine but when i turn off and let it a while than wont turn again untill i remove the battery, i flashed bios .. i changed battery , still same issue

It's not easy to know what can be the problem ,try to check the buck converter on the section of charge .
