Thank you for your respond, as i tried to interview the customer he said the problem started when the system refused to bootup, the massage was window unable to boot. So he said he tried to apply some tarmal pasth. And this was how it stopped displaying

i don't think that is a problem of bios, it seem he has broken his motherboard .
But you can try a new bios
