ViP Basic doesn't allow downloading for Schematics desktops & laptops, you need to go for a ViP of one month, read again what Permissions has giving for each ViP .

You can just go for a ViP of one month than we will refund the old one.
Perfect, now upgrade, I don't have to request it, will the refund be made automatically?
Unfortunately we don't do that but for same case I will request for refund to be done .
