Hi, we reprogrammed the chip with the CH341 programmer and the X17 R2 bios but it does not work
Old bios has the same problem or what .

The old bios was working but the dell auto update process for the bios kept faiing. We looked into the bios setup page, made a couple of minor changes, rebooted the machine but now the machine only powers up but with a blank display and no keyboard response etc.
We tried your bios and the alienware head power buttton just flashes white a few times but the machine is otherwise completely dead.
Replacing the old bios again powers up the machine but no display and no response as before.
