Request Intel C621 MEBx reflash

Hi I am trying to reset the MEBx on a Dell Precsion T7910 Mainboard .The management engine SW at OS level installs withut error but when I try at the Pre OS level to access the IME it does not work.
Do yu have any suggestions on how to approach this issue.

Send a picture with your Old bios .

On the picture need to see your Bios setup on which the MBEX login is displayed

hi when i sellect MEBx the link disappears from the BIOS meu.I have tried resetting the bios by removing the battery/from inside the bios app and still have the same behaviour

Upload your Old bios and put the part number of the Mainboard.

Just to clarify are you refering to the Intel ME system tools and Me Region FW tool?

The Mainboard is a Dell 0NK5PH running xeon e-52696 v4 the bios is the stock A34 from the Dell website

The me region has to be cleared .

We can clear your Bios but you have to upload it.
