macbook pro A1708 No power

I have a macbook pro A1708 that will not charge or turn on. the power cord is good as I am getting 20v on the mother board. the charging light will not come on and the battery wont charge. Any help or tests that I could do would be appreciated

Does the green light come with your charger.

I did end up taking out the mother board completely and found that capacitor C7900 looks like it is blown. Could that be the only problem?

not sure but you should take these Mainboard to a Specialized technician .
